| FOOD & MAINTENANCE |
- SUKI HOMES will have a common hygienic vegetarian kitchen, dining hall and a prayer hall.
- The Food and Maintenance charges per month will be Rs.2000 Per Month
- The Kitchen maintenance charges will be Rs 500 per month
- A Day starts with Coffee/Tea, Breakfast, Lunch in the afternoon, Coffee/Tea in the evening and Dinner at Night.

LEASE REFUND
- The lease amount will be refunded at the time of
vacation
- An amount of Rs. 30,000 (Non-refundable) along
with the admission form will be collected to provide infrastructure
facilities
- The Lease amount paid by the occupant will not
carry any interest.
- If the occupant vacates the premises any time
during the lease period, a sum of Rs 50,000 will be deducted.
